The Latest: The CBI has finally been upgraded! This new "CBN" bulb is rated "up to 6200K", where as the CBI was rated "up to 6000K". Let's face it, the CBI has always been an amazing choice for anyone looking for great performance at a reasonable price point. However, most lighting nerds weren't too found of the color since most of the time it looked very close to the color of the worn out bulb it was replacing. The performance levels of the CBN are very close to the Osram Nightbreaker Laser; just without the warm white color. CBN is brighter than the CBB, and much more suitable as a choice for inclement weather. New CBN is perfect for all those who want a perfect middle ground. Not too warm, and not too blue!
