Warranty/Return Policies

1 Year Warranty Policies:

For 1 calendar year, we will cover various failures or defects that arise at no fault of your own. This includes leaks, electronic failure(projectors, Halos, Demon Eyes, Strips, etc). If any damage has occurred to the unit itself from negligence(dropped housings, pulling on wires, cutting wires, pin corrosion etc) or vehicular accidents, it will not be covered under warranty.

We DO NOT cover fading, cracking, or peeling of lenses. Every set leaves our hands ceramic coated for longevity, but we STRONGLY recommend bringing them to your local paint shop/PPF installer to protect your units from the various hazards that the road and environment presents  

We also strongly recommend the use of dielectric grease when connecting any male/female ends during installation. We do not cover corrosion of any pins or connectors, we ask that you take the necessary steps to aid your units longevity!

PLEASE NOTE: We will walk you through various methods of troubleshooting the issue you have at hand. If no resolution can be found, please ship your units back at your earliest convenience.

RETURNS/CANCELLATION:

If an order has been placed, we will accept any cancellations made within the first 24 hours. Outside of 24 hours, no cancellations will be accepted. When orders are placed, we immediately have parts sent in to satisfy the requests made for your build. Each unit is built to order as customization is the heart of our business. You are always more than welcome to sell whatever you’d like on your own accord, but finding a buyer with taste identical to yours may be difficult. 

Returns will be accepted on a case by case basis. You are less likely to have a return accepted that has been heavily customized due to the difficulty associated with resale. Returns cannot be made once they have been installed, at that point they are now used and are yours to keep. 

PLEASE NOTE: All shipping costs accrued from returns and warranty claims will be paid for by the buyer. We are happy to provide a label at the discounted cost we receive from various carriers. Just ask and we will get a quote sent over to you
