If you’re looking to add a bit more personality to your build, halos are the way to do it. Halos will require you to do a bit of wiring in the engine bay of your vehicle, but we are happy to explain what’s necessary on with each halo type. Currently we are offering two different types of halos, Switchback and RGBW.
Switchback Halos are those that illuminate themselves in a clean, bright white glow. When your turn signal is hit, they will blink amber with your turn signal providing some functional use for you to enjoy as well. Most typically you’ll find these stuffed behind turbine, Panamera, or mini turbine projector shrouds. Please note: switchback halos come with 3 bare leads for you to wire yourself. You will need to tap these into your factory turn signal/DRL(daytime running light) harness for operation.
RGBW Halos are those that offer a full spectrum of color changing options. These can be static or flip through various colors as you select different show modes. The RGBW halos we use can also be operated as switchback halos if you choose to leave them on the White setting. These can be operated through a Bluetooth app or a handheld remote if you prefer a more tactile experience. We do include both with every set of RGBW halos. These will require you to ground 2 wires on each side(Ground and Turn signal) and run 2 wires to the Positive and Negative terminals of your battery.
